The activities of the OKO association are focused on helping individuals with autism and other disabilities. Their main goal is to improve the daily lives of people with autism. They organize creative and educational workshops covering various topics, from culture to sports. Due to a lack of awareness about autism, individuals with autism and their families often face isolation and limited opportunities for social inclusion. Therefore, the association strives to create opportunities and activities while also raising public awareness about autism. Through these efforts, they aim to break stereotypes, overcome fears, and reduce stigmatization.

On April 2nd, we observe World Autism Awareness Day, and since the event takes place in April, we decided to support children with autism and their families.
Last year, together with the association MAS OKO, which provides assistance to individuals with autism and other disabilities, we decorated the streets of Šmartno. Their hand-decorated flower pots, painted in blue, beautifully enhanced the village.
We are pleased to announce that the organizers of the Brda & Vino event have donated €1,500 to the OKO Association to support individuals with autism.
Thank you to everyone who contributed to the success of the event and supported this noble initiative. Together, we are creating a better future!
